Sanitary Cartridge Filters
Rosedale sanitary service cartridge filters for sterile filtration are constructed of polished 316 stainless steel. Our "T" and IL style sanitary housings are rated for 150 psi pressure and have quick-release clamps for access to the cartridge. Outlets and inlets have sanitary flange connections. All internal surfaces can be visually inspected (and easily cleaned in place). The housings can be configured to use a 222 or 226 style cartridge.
We also carry sanitary bag filter housings.
Stainless Steel Cartridge Filters
Housings are all welded construction with all wetted parts of 316 stainless steel. All welded attachments are 300 series stainless steel. The materials and manufacturing process exceed industry standards for sterile filtration.
