Model 4 Basket Strainers and Bag Filters offer complete customization based on your application’s exact specifications. The Model 4 single bag filter housings can be used for 50 gallon per minute flow rates and are available in two bag sizes and pressure ratings. The Model 4 Strainers are available with 304 or 316 stainless steel, and carbon steel vessels.

Rosedale Products’ Model 4 Basket Strainers and Model 4 Bag Filters are available in two sizes and pressure ratings. Additionally, the covers can be easily removed without special tools, and the basket or bag is easily cleaned or replaced. Model 4 Basket Strainer and Bag Filter features include:

Low pressure drops
Covers are O-ring sealed
All vessels are electropolished to resist adhesion of dirt and scale
Adjustable-height legs, optional
O-ring seals: Buna N, EPR, Fluoroelastomer, PTFE
ASME code stamp available on select models
Liquid displacers for easier servicing
Two pressure ratings: 200 psi (with clamp cover) and 500 psi (with eyenut cover)
Pipe sizes 1 thru 2-inch, NPT
Two basket depths: 6, or 12 inches (nominal)
Accepts trade size #3 or #4 filter bags
