Brewery & Beverage Filters for Industrial & Commercial Applications
Investing in a high-capacity brewery and beverage filter is essential to improving the safety and quality of water used in industrial and commercial food processing applications. The NCO model 8 is engineered to meet the stringent quality standards of the Food and Beverage Industry. These filter housings incorporate large dirt-holding capacity combined with a rugged design rated to 150 psi. These brewery and beverage filters come with an easily removeable swing bolt cover, reducing time spent on bag or cartridge change-out.The NCO bag housing has a uni-style design (side or bottom outlet) to offer versatility for any piping arrangement. Two connection sizes are available for both bag and cartridge filters. These filter housings are electropolished to create a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. A variety of filter bags or cartridges (rated 0.5µ absolute to 100µ nominal) can be utilized.

- Permanently piped housings are opened without special tools
- Electro-polished 304 or 316 stainless steel housings
- Covers are o-ring sealed
- O-ring seals: Buna N, EPR, and Fluoroelastomer
- 150 psi rated housing
- Standard filter bag basket (9/64 perf), over 51% open area
- Uses standard number 2 or 12 size bags and 500 series cartridges
- 1-1/2 inch or 2 inch tri-clamp inlet and outlet
- 1/4 inch NPT vent connection
- Adjustable leg assembly
